How to lose weight |Fitness Freak πŸ‹️#1

 Many people stop eating fat or carbs and some even don't eat a meal in order to lose weight , this is not a right way of dieting . We should eat all the nutrients in right quantity at right time if you will stop taking any nutrient then your body will be weak and lose weight . But it is not the right way to lose weight and get rid of extra fat . So , here I am having some tips and tricks for u all to lose weight by following right method .

✓ Eat or drink healthy snacks like fruits , lemonade and eat different types of seeds like melon seeds . Eat these foods after every 2 hours so that when it is time for a meal u are not starving and eat junk food or in wrong quantity. As when we are not eating anything for 6 hours then our BP and sugar levels imbalance .

✓ It is advised to have a heavy breakfast , normal lunch and light dinner . The reason is because we don't eat for approximately 8 hours as we are sleeping , we should eat breakfast which is rich in proteins and contains all the nutrients . As we eat lunch in noon so we need to eat a normal all nutrients dish . As the day winds our activities get less and we are foremore active in day so , we need to eat light dinner .

✓Exercise daily πŸ‹️ . U can join a gym or do workout at home such as high intensity cardio workouts or any other . If u are a more sportsman or a child then u can do cycling 🚴, swimming 🏊 or play some games such as football , cricket , volleyball or basketball ⛹️. Or u can simply go for a walk with your friend or dog .

✓ Drink water regularly or u can prepare a Night Detox Drink (recipe will be shared in my next blog )

✓ Try to avoid oily , fried , more calories containing food .
